After 30 years in construction, mostly as an electrical contractor and finally as Site manager I have decided to use all my knowledge and do things my way. I would like to offer small business owners, home owners and landlords the chance to maintain, develop and improve their shops, factories or home without the costings being sky high.

The project manager service that we provide in all our services- PROPERTY RENTALS, BUILDING MANAGEMENT, and GENRAL REFURBISHMENT WORK  is the essence of what I believe in. It is a ONE POINT OF CONTACT for clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the duration of each project. This role is vital in building strong relationships, as the project manager handles ALL inquiries, addresses ALL concerns, and provides ALL the regular updates.

 I have on hand a great collection of trades from Carpet Cleaners and Painters to Roofers & Gardeners  and a collection of friendly handymen who are all fully qualified and insured. I alone will be the go to man in all contracts offering a one point of contact on everything. PORTWAY PROPERTY SERVICES WILL WORK ON TOMORROW TODAY.
